Celkon on Thursday launched a new budget smartphone in India, the Millennia Q450, priced at Rs. 4,799. The company confirmed that the Celkon Millennia Q450 will be available in India across retail stores; though there is no word on whether the smartphone will also be available online.
The Millennia Q450 is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) smartphone which runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. It comes with a 4.5-inch (480×854 pixels) FWVGA IPS display. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. It comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).
The handset sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard.
On the connectivity front, the Celkon Millennia Q450 offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options. The smartphone packs an 1800mAh battery. It measures 135×67.7×9.73mm, weighs 147 grams, and will be available in Gold, Grey, and White colours.

Last month, Celkon launched Millennia ME Q54 priced at Rs. 5,555. The Celkon Millennia ME Q54 features a 5-inch (480×800 pixels) WVGA IPS display; powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor; 512MB of RAM; dual-SIM (GSM+GSM), and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box.
